Creator of the Ecosystem of Health

Mary Blake created the Ecosystem of Health: the idea that physical, mental, financial, and medical health are one system, not four separate projects. You cannot be truly well if your body is healthy but your finances are exposed. Everything she does is a way of building one of those four parts, and keeping the others from collapsing.

The Framework
Physical · Mental · Financial · Medical

Physical, mental, financial, and medical health are not four separate projects. They are one system, and it fails at whichever point you neglected.

When both your health and your wealth are depleted, the compounding stress doesn't just drain your bank account. It breaks down your body, clouds your mind, crushes your spirit, and strips away the lifestyle you worked so hard to build. Mary Blake built the Ecosystem of Health to stop that spiral before it starts.

01Physical

The body you have to live in.

Inflammation, energy, sleep, and cellular repair. This is the layer you feel first and treat last. Mary works on it with nutrition that is actually bioavailable and habits that survive a real week, not an ideal one.

02Mental

The mind carrying the load.

Clarity, stress load, and burnout. Mary's doctoral research is on occupational stress in clinical professionals, and she teaches what she found: mental health is not a soft pillar, it is the one that decides whether the other three get maintained at all.

03Financial

The floor under all of it.

Life insurance, indexed universal life, mortgage protection, and a plan that holds when something goes wrong. This is the pillar wellness culture pretends isn't a health issue. Mary drained her own retirement in a family crisis. She knows exactly what it costs.

04Medical

The evidence behind the advice.

Screening, access, compliance, and clinical evidence. More than a decade auditing multi-million-dollar trials taught Mary what actually holds up and what is marketing. Nothing in this ecosystem gets recommended if the clinical evidence doesn't support it.

The Physical Pillar

Glow Cubes

It's Giving… healthy and delicious Glow Up!

Mary founded Panda Health Solutions to answer the physical half of the Ecosystem of Health. Glow Cubes are collagen-based wellness cubes she formulated herself: a tangible, bioavailable way to work on the body without compromising the financial foundation underneath it.

  • Anti-inflammation

Aimed squarely at the chronic inflammatory load that compounding stress leaves behind.

  • Natural energy

Sustained energy from matcha and green tea rather than a stimulant spike.

  • Cellular rejuvenation

Collagen peptides and vitamin C working together on repair and renewal.

  • Immune strength

Antioxidant and vitamin C support for the system that protects everything else.

Coverage Estimator · Financial

What would protection actually cost?

The financial pillar is the one people avoid, because they assume coverage is expensive and the process is opaque. So start with the number. Answer four questions and watch an educational estimate build in front of you: term life, mortgage protection, final expense, or the growth side of an IUL.

$39–$53/mo

Based on a 35-year-old woman, tobacco-free, in good health, with $500,000 of coverage for 20 years.

Illustrative only. An educational estimate, not a quote, application, or offer of insurance.

Speaking & Engagements

Invite Mary to your stage

Mary spent more than a decade inside clinical research, then learned the financial half the hard way. She speaks about the Ecosystem of Health the way she lived it. She has taught this material to a room of students and presented it to executives, and she is comfortable in either room.

About Mary Blake

Why I Built This

Mary Blake is the creator of the Ecosystem of Health, bridging clinical wellness and financial wealth. She did not arrive at that framework through theory. She arrived at it twice, the hard way.

Most people treat physical wellness and financial stability as two completely separate things, but I learned very early on that they are deeply connected. Losing my father to cancer as a child drove me into a decade-long career in clinical science. Years later, however, navigating severe family legal crises forced me to drain my retirement just to survive. I learned the hard way that you cannot truly be well if you are physically healthy but financially exposed.
